Following a strategic expansion plan, Raya Contact Center has launched new contact center delivery sites in Egypt’s Red Sea Capital, Hurghada, the UAE and Middle East’s business Hub, Dubai, and the talent rich and industrial heart of Eastern Europe Warsaw, Poland. The move strengthens Raya Contact Center’s position ahead of its competitors, and promises even more footprint expansions in the next few years.
The new site in Hurghada accommodates up to 600 seats, Dubai and Warsaw’s new centers have initial capacities of 150 and 180 seats respectively. Raya Contact Center is always keen on choosing strategic locations for its contact centers to help maintain its position as the leading cost-efficient multilingual business process outsourcing and contact center service provider in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As for the Dubai location, it allows us to be near to our UAE and GCC clients while providing an additional access to premium onshore support for some of our existing GCC clients. Expanding in Poland adds significant skill to our overall talent pool, while being of close proximity to Europe. Our new Warsaw site enables Raya Contact Center to offer additional European languages to expand our services offering and provide a full smart shoring solutions for our European client base who wish to expand our partnership based on near shore locations.
