Raya has announced its completion of its 2nd phase of expansions to its delivery site in Dubai Outsource City, UAE through its TECOM free zone company “Raya Contact Center Gulf FZ-LLC” in in mid-2017.
Raya has received its certificate of completion from the UAE Civil Defense to incorporate its new zone to its existing operations. The new expansion comes with an additional 160 seats which contributes to a total of 310 seats for the overall Dubai onshore capacity.
The new zone entertains fully equipped Training Labs, Cafeteria, and shared services that will cater to Raya’s human capital and talent servicing Raya’s long term clients and partners within the Telecom and Food sectors among many others in the UAE.
The Dubai delivery site is located Dubai’s Outsource City (DOC), the BPO Hub in the UAE, now with a current capacity of 310 seats. Currently, the site will be operational with 350 Customer Service and Technical Support Advisors. The location offers Arabic & English support in addition to South Asian languages including Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, & Tagalog for the diversified populations residing in the UAE.
Raya’s focused processes offered from the Dubai site are Customer experienced management including Customer Support, Technical Support, Collection, Retention, Order Management & Service recovery for the Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Travel, Fast Food, Financial Services and Government sectors.Back
