INCORPORATING A NEW SUBSIDIARY IN SAUDI-ARABIA

Raya Contact Center’s Board of Directors has approved and is in process of incorporating a BPO subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which would further cement RACC’s targeted expansions in the region, help in diversifying RCC’s service offerings, and complement the Company’s regional in the GCC. This location allows us to be of near proximity to our KSA and GCC based clients and provides us greater access to be the preferred onshore and near-shore business process outsourcing partner to our potential and existing GCC clients. This strategic expansion is set to take place within 2018 to be finalized by H2. This strategic expansion comes as part of its strategy to be a Middle East Customer Experience Champion, through expanding its footprint to offer on-shore delivery options for the GCC market.
